CARE EPC provides specialized crack and void injection services in accordance with BS EN 1504: Part 5, focusing on restoring structural integrity and ensuring complete water tightness through the use of high-quality resins and grouts.
Our injection materials are selected based on their performance characteristics such as adhesion, shrinkage, compressive strength, and water resistance. We utilize three main material categories:
- Force-transmitting (F) — for structural crack repairs requiring load transfer.
- Ductile/Flexible (D) — allowing controlled movement and stress absorption.
- Swelling (S) — ideal for complete void filling and water sealing applications.
Each injection system is tailored according to crack width, environmental exposure, and required structural performance — ensuring a durable and lasting repair capable of accommodating future service conditions.
